Thank you for choosing Solo Yolo for your t-shirt needs! We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund process for t-shirt purchases.
Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us through [info@soloyolostore.com]. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your request.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Refunds:

Full refunds will be issued for any orders cancelled before they are shipped.

For orders that have already shipped, refunds will be issued for items returned in their original condition, with tags attached, within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exceptions:

Refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way.

Refunds will not be issued for custom-made or personalized items.
